"Ban me! Ban me!"
I've noticed that we are receiving more and more requests to be voluntarily temp-banned for a day or a week or more, while the person goes out to the shops or prepares a dissertation or goes on vacation, so I thought it might be time to have a dedicated thread in this regard.
Kindly give the reason you want to be temp-banned, and for how long, in whole-day units, below.
The first mod who reads your request will take the appropriate action.

I´m in a bit of a lifetilt moment, am making too many negative posts, focused on all the negative posts and things happening, while unfocused on what really matters, even made a trolling multiaccount (PolPotRipper) to just troll and vent. Btw, PolPotRipper may be perma ban if you guys want.
