*I'm not actually sure he has ever gone for the 3 straight cans of tuna/breakfast diet, but he has for sure mentioned something like that more times than is necessary 😀.
Aha lol **** tuna.
Did a decent biceps workout today.
6 reps for 6 sets in machine curls.
Then 3 set of 8 with increasing weights in rope curl.
After that I took time out and left the gym.
On a horrible downswings in life and poker right now and it absolutely ****ing sucks.
