Has massive growth of legal sports betting killed off poker ? (also effects of crypto etc)
Sports betting has gotten legal and gotten huge in the last 2 years. FanDuel and DraftKings.
Are next gen kids still interested in poker or are they all addicted to the quick thrill of constant gambling ?

In 2008 there was less to do so poker was high on list of things of to do. In 2024 I'd rather put down some bets and watch NFL in my pajamas than drive to casino and sit with a bunch of mizregs and probably risk getting covid.
