Correct, but you have a little more faith in the integrity behind most EB-5 Visa applications than I do.

Zero rulemaking or beneficial discourse with the crypto community. Rather than stopping fraud and bad actors (Luna, FTX, BlockFi.....) they wasted their time and effort on good actors (Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, Robinhood, Uniswap...)
Memecoins came to be because the SEC determined you couldn't build anything productive or have a team and do anything, while having a coin. That's a security in their view and they'd choke you to death in legal fees. All you could do was launch a complete piece of **** that does nothing.
