1/3 NL
1 limp in mp B opens $10 sb calls H calls w/K9cc in bb and the limp called
4c6c9c otf
Sb checks, H bets 15, mp calls, B and SB fold.
Ad ott, H bets 20 V RR to 45
(V is very tight. Only played a few hands in 3 hours and the worst shown was 2 pair. Only bet when he had made hands. H had 750 at the start of the hand and V had around 320)
3h otr, H leads for 45, V tanks for a few then says merry Xmas, calls and shows a set of 6s
Your thoughts on coming back over the top ott? Should I lead for more otr?

Would squeeze K9s almost 100% here. You've got a guy raising a limper AND a cold call. 2 weak ranges and plenty of dead money. Plus it is 1/3 and the rake is a huge factor.
Could go bigger on this flop.
Yes, I would 3! turn. If V is tight, he has something good here. Scary board, multi way pot.
In a vacuum leading into the raiser otr is bad. But having arrived here against a 1/3 tighty I think it is OK as these guys check back everything but the mortal nuts.

How do we have K9cc on 964ccc?
Stack sizes? How much is in the pot on the flop, and rivet
Until this question is answered, all else is just fluff (apart from preflop)
Given the thread title I'm going to assume OP had K8cc or similar. Initial instinct would be to 3bet turn, you're going to get called by any made flush, any random offsuit Ac he happens to have (probably something like Ac9x), all sets, occasional two pair, maybe 78. That said I'd be surprised to see sets, the rare two pair, or 78 raising the turn and given he called the flop next to act there shouldn't be many nut flush draws at all...so as I type I'm starting to think it's closer on the flop than at first sight. (Edit...of course the turned nut flush draws are also two pair... so they're never folding but they will be somewhat uncommon)
I don't mind the river lead, but that is a bit results orientated
Your questions depend on where the 9c is and how deep you are.
