How do I report bugs?
You can send me a PM (send it to Max) with a screenshot or explanation, or post in this thread.
actually this is happening more and more frequently lately, i'll post in a strat thread that's in the legacy forum
but then when it enters my subbed feed it's now showing up as a new forum page - adding the forumserver prefix breaks it instead of reverting it
so now it's trapped in list of subbed threads and i'm unable to continue reading nor commenting
switching over will quite simply never happen so that's a non starter
I've been consistently getting an, "Error 404, " message when I click on the notifications icon in the new forum. I can see a number indicating that there are new notifications, but the notifications will not display.
Can the PMs show up in both old and new website inboxes? Right now I have to check both websites depending on where the message originated from which is inconvenient.
Not sure if this was already addressed.
i keep subbing to threads that are in legacy forumserver. format and then they switch over to the new one later and can't be accessed anyone on legacy
this one is forever stuck in my unread threads
i can't click it so it gets "read" nor can i unsub because it no longer exists and when i try to type the prefix in, it just says page not found

How can I clear notifications and block future ones from someone I’ve put on Ignore?

I have been extremely dissatisfied with the ignore function for twenty years.
It still puts all their posts in thread with a bug sign that says you're ignoring the user.
Then when people quote them, you see the quotes.
It has always been terrible.
The single post by your frenemy, "quoting" 14 of your posts, was deleted, so I think the result may be a glitch.
Thanks for reporting it. Hopefully it can be fixed in the near future, if it is.
I've undeleted the post and reduced it to one "Quote". (The other 13 were copies of the remaining one's text, but did link to 14 of your posts in the subject thread.) Perhaps that might help if you unignore him, delete cookies, switch your computer off and on, and then ignore him again?

I’m just on my phone. I might unignore reignore though. Thanks. If you noticed, I had four previous notifications similar. They did disappear but the count remained. Weird. Thanks.
Update: all back to normal zero now thanks again!

Yeah, sorry about that. I thought that might happen.
The operation was a success, but the patient died.
In new 2+2 I think it would be helpful to be able to select what will show as App Notifications.
Differentiate between things like
- someone reacted (quoted) to your post
- someone liked your post
- someone posted in a thread your started
For instance, I started a world cup thread and my daily notifications are full of the 3rd one.
I would rather only get notifications for the first 2 things since they are less common and more worthy of a notification.
Would something like this be helpful and/or easy to implement?
