Yet, for all the mastery, something always felt incomplete. No matter how well I played, no matter how deep I went into solvers, there was an unshakable sense that I was only seeing part of the equation. It was as if the game extended beyond the mechanics—into something intangible, something I wasn’t yet equipped to understand. At the time, I ignored it, convinced that everything could be explained through math and logic. But now, I know that poker—and reality itself—operates on levels that most players never even consider.
Five years ago, I stepped away from the tables. I shifted my focus to raising a family, but my love of GTO never left—it just found a new application. Instead of analyzing hands, I started analyzing the universal construct itself. What began as meditation expanded into something far deeper:

Understanding these patterns enhances decision-making—not just in poker, but in markets, negotiations, and any strategic environment where foresight matters.
🔹 Mediumship & Entity Communication – The ability to interact with higher-dimensional intelligence, guides, or information streams that provide insight beyond standard perception. I started playing chess at 4 years old and quit at about 13 years old because I got burnt out. I have played Stratego, Magic the Gathering, chess, poker, warcraft. I like this thread thanks for posting this. I was just wondering what your background was before you got into
I started playing poker around 13 with friends, mostly seven card stud and limit hold’em. I have always loved games, and poker pulled me in because it lined up with what motivated me and highlighted my natural talents. I was always strong at observation, exploitation, and strategy.
Before poker, I was really into RPGs like Diablo 2, Starcraft, Magic the Gathering, and Pokemon. I loved the fantasy worlds and the depth of those games. Now I get to live that out while having fun and empowering myself and others around me.
Poker gave me a sense of freedom no other job could offer, and I think that is what a lot of people here are searching for too, even if they have not fully realized it yet. Poker does not have to be the end goal. It can be the training ground for greater things if you let it be....

Presence is the most important thing you can bring to the poker table. When you enter a game, it helps to treat it like a game of energy. When your awareness is clear and conscious, you will start discovering solutions and lines you did not even know were possible. Even your luck seems to improve because the universe rewards presence over distraction.
The mind is always searching for answers, especially if you tend to be a mental person, but those answers often arrive in forms you do not expect. You are right that thought is just a tool, not the source of action. Pure observation allows you to feel your emotions without becoming them, letting you act from a place of calm clarity. Technical knowledge remains essential, but it is meant to serve presence, not replace it.
From this place, the game begins to feel like it plays through you, and that is where your deepest edge is found....
