I currently produce shows for dozens of popular WebCam models, and have helped more than 100 models in the past. The majority are based in Eastern Europe and Russia.
These are live shows where viewers can chat and interact with the models. On busy days, some rooms can have 10,000 or more viewers. Many of the girls I work with include some of the most popular models on the sites, and some are smaller and focus on a more niche audience.
Some work for studios, others work for themselves. Some rooms are fully nude, some hard-core, while others are non-nude In public, but generally more is offered in private viewings and special shows.
Some of these rooms generate an average of $6000+ a day for the sites, while others can be much much smaller. Many girls are in college and looking for a way to either support their families or themselves.
They include professional ballerinas, dancers, yoga masters, gymnasts, and one is even a former Olympic athlete. Others are just normal college students or used to wait tables, tend bar, etc.

Yes, for many of the models we talk about an exit strategy and what they want to do when they "reitre." Have helped aboout 10 models leave the sites entirely and start new careers. Some have thrived after, others not so much. 2 have had to go back to the site, even tho they don't enjoy it anymore.
One girl started her own dance studio and is thriving. 2 others found gigs as mainstream models (one fashion, the other makeup) and doing extremely well. Another is now appearing on russian tv and loving life and a bit of mainstream (russian) fame. And 2 have become fairly succesful tikTok streamers. one was doing well on youtube until Russia banned the platform, and had to return to becoming a cam model. 2 are trying to make it as artists, and sell custom digital work that is pretty damn awesome. And another girl tried to make it as an artist but returned to cam modeling when she could not make enuogh to support herself.
Well... it may be time to move the thread then 😉. i dont want to advertise the models per se ITT or on the site, but via pm am happy to share images they allowed me to as well as screen names etc. i've shared a few NN pictures in other threads (with the approval of the models).
Because there are some "industry secrets" posted here, i don't want images of them assicated with this thread.
Edit: heh forgot we moved it to BBV4L. would need a mod to move it to OMG if that is where it truly belongs.
i do via telegram, which is what most models use to communicate when offline. many will sell their personal TG accounts as well to viewers, and it definbatekly adds to the experience.
Altho definatekly beware, as a good majority of those pruchased online are likely just some dude named Ivan or Dmitri pretending to be the models. many studios fake this. And the girls risk severe fines and usually will be terminated if they are caught sharing their true personal TGs.
