I've had a terrible sleep pattern for past 6 years thanks in part to poker. I sleep for too long so my sleep pattern gets later everyday. Then I end up on some dumb 1pm - 9pm pattern until finally it gets back to normal, but then I spoil it all again.

To fix this i'm going to follow: How to become an early riser. Which basically says go to bed whenever you are tired but always wake up at the same time. You're body will get enough rest and you'll keep a constant sleep pattern. Yet i have no discipline, love sleep, love dreaming and don't need to get out of bed.

So each day i'm going to wake up at or before 10am English time [it's 7:17am here now] and i have until 10:30am to post a picture of a hot chic in this thread. If i don't the first poster after 10:30am to post in this thread gets $50 from me.

This will go on for a month from today the 28th until 28th Nov with one day, the 10th Nov being exempt (i'm geeking up the midnight release of MW2) but back to normal on the 11th.
