New Playing Surface for Taki Board?
I was wondering where I could get a new playing surface for a Tak Morioka Board?
The surface is felt but after 25+ years of use is worn and could do with replacing.
The Taki boards are wonderful so I’d like to get as close to the original as possible.
All help and suggestions appreciated.

I have no idea how well it is repairable (most board look to me that they are hard to repair. I may be wrong). My attempt would be to get a new surface and glue it in.
Do you know:
They print fabric. I haven't tried it yet, but I thought it might be an option.

Definitely not trying to repair; looking for a replacement surface.
I’m sure a number of others have tried various approaches so I’ll see if there are any other suggestions!

Have an old Taki board too. Want to find a way to get the surface replaced. Don't care if it's "original," just want something nice, preferably a nice smooth high quality fabric. Any help with fabric, or where to find perhaps a nice surface like Primo Backgammon boards use would be greatly appreciated. Primo uses, according to their website, Polyacrylic playing field on neoprene lining with sublimation printing for design, which can supposedly be washed with water to clean. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
