Non-strategy questions from a beginner

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum, and relatively new to backgammon (learned when I was younger, gotten serious about getting better at it over the last two months). I have a background of having played low-stakes poker through college and grad school and I have degrees in math.

I wanted to throw out some questions about software/app choices.

1. On my desktop I have been playing on opengammon.com. Any general thoughts on it? I have so far been too intimidated to play against people and have primarily played against the bots, doing the puzzles, and using the position analyzer. It seems overall okay but I have definitely noticed some bugs in the analysis. For example I have noticed sometimes it will count blunders against me when I'm stuck on the bar and can't come in.

2. On my phone I have been playing on the True Backgammon app and paid a relatively small amount to have access to the AI tutor. I beleive it uses BGBlitz. My main question here is that I don't understand the notation of the game summaries. I have attached some screenshots and would love an explanation because I can't find it anywhere. My second question is that it allows me the option to export my game in an .sgf format to analyze, but I don't really know where I can go to analyze it. It doesn't seem that opengammon has an option for uploading games to analyze.

Thanks in advance for any advice or help!
