I Could Use Some Advise

I am a casual player who, for decades, has played with family members and friends.

I recently moved into a retirement community in Asheville NC. Through conversations with other residents I have found about 15 people who would like to learn the game. The community has a projector and classroom that I can use. I am trying to find some software that I can use to demonstrate the basic concepts of the game to new players.

Here are some things that would be on my wish list:
Setting up a starting position
Predetermining several rolls of the dice for both players
The ability for me to play both sides of the board for each roll
The ability for me to save all of the above for recall in the class.

If XG is the way to go I don't mind paying the $60 or whatever it is to purchase the software.

As a little side note, I am now looking at my bookshelf and I can see four poker books written by Dan Harrington and Bill.
