I don't understand your question. If you're taking about gto preflop ranges, yes the 4betting range will include bluffs and the calling range vs 4bet will include hands that are 0ev or better to continue against the 4betting range.

If your opponent is not 4bet bluffing enough, you should fold some of the worst hands you will call 4bets with (for example, hands like AQo or KJs can become folds vs underbluffing opponents).

As stated above .. yes, there's still 'opportunity' to play poker when a 4-bet comes out but you need two things IMO ..

1) You need to be deep enough so that the Flop doesn't force you to make a decision for your stack.

2) You need opponents that are 'capably' of understanding poker to those depths. If you are playing against 'Card Players' and range-less Gamblers then the horse just ain't drinking the water. Is your range wide enough in V's eyes that you can get some steals in there against unfavorable Flops for their narrow range?

In order for you to have a range for a spot, you need to establish a range for the opponent. If there's no window in their range then it's almost impossible to 'make a play' even though you may block a lot of their range .. it's still their range!

While you may want to 'play poker' it's really difficult to find a suitable 'partner' most of the time .. so you end up bottling those portions of your game up a lot of the time. GL
