Is the first Blind in a HH with 3 Blinds posted by the BUT? What is the correct terminology for the 3 blinds? I'm guessing it's not Small Blind, Big Blind, Biggest Blind...

Some rooms do have a Button Blind, but not very many. For what you have described I would say 3rd Blind or Mandatory Straddle. You could also say small, middle, big and most Players could figure that out.
I've seen games where both the Middle and Big Blind are the same, 5-10-10,
As long as you put the 'numbers' in your description I think most viewers will not really care what word you use to describe them. GL
