ways to compensate for poor position
I was wondering what are some basic strategies to improve your win rate in early position preflop, and on all streets.
I was thinking things like min-raising with wide ranges in early position preflop could help.

Play extremely tight from early position.
Decent players will adjust in a second and light 3 bet you, this will lead to you folding more.

Definitely play tight oop, but also make good use of check raising. You will want to check a lot of hands when oop. After all, you have no idea whether the flop (or turn or river on those streets) improved your opponent or not. You will not want to allow your opponent to print by just cbetting blindly when you do check. Proper check raising protects your wide checking range from being exploited
