HU call shove with KTo 15eff. nashcart/gtowizard strategy

I looked at nash chart HU. there is call KTo 15eff. 20+, but with gtowizard strategy it is 0 ev or even -0.01 depending on what strategy you use. (It is clearer to look on K9o. Nash 17.1b-, gtowizard 12,5b- call shove ev=0)
