Question about flop play

Villian is kinda fishy player 51/38/1 over 200hands

Question about my game play, I was 3 betting pre beacuse no respect to fish, if that is correct.
And how should I play flop, check?
I was hoping to take pot down with cbet-because Im OOP and I had decent straight draw.
Turn folding correct or wrong?
