I can’t get this hand out of my head !!!
I recently was playing day two of a €230 buy in tournament. Total entrants 256 and at the time of this hand about 60 players left. I’m a recreational player. This tournament would be a big one for me and I was playing quite well. Levels were 40 mins long and at the time I had 150 k in chips. Blinds were 2000/4000 and 4000 ante. UTG raised to 9000 and I’m next to act with 8 players on the table. I look down at pocket queens. I know sometimes I three bet here. But there was some smaller stacks at the table so I decided to flat call the 9000 in hope one of the smaller stacks jam. The highjack jams for 50000 and then the big blind rips it for 140000 ! Pretty much all my stack. UTG folds. I think about it for a few mins. UTG raise , a call and a jam and he goes all in with 35 bigs. In my head I’m thinking he only does this with Aces or Kings. After a groan or two I fold the queens. Big blind shows 99 and the player all in ace king suited. My question is…. Is this fold extremely too tight ? Or in some situations is this a good fold ?

unless the BB is the overlord of the nit race insta call
this is made easier if you 3b pre, I am only ever flatting here if I see an aggro clown to my left already counting out chips for a raise
