Importing hand histories from 3rd parties

I personally wouldn't although there is probably minimum risk to doing so.. lots of sites do list the hh sites under banned software without much elaboration as to what is allowed. Scraping the sites for hands isn't allowed in the first place so it doesn't really make sense that use of these hands would be allowed in any way. but it is undeniably a grey area when lots of training sites, many of which have been affiliated with poker sites, make use of MDA which can only really be achieved by using these hh's.
