How to psychologically prepare and practice poker for coaching in march
I'm preparing for coaching in march, what are some ways to prepare for coaching and practice poker beforehand to get the most out of it.
Should you come up with questions in advance. How should you play poker a month before to prepare.
Moreover how do you prepare your play for coaching. I want to have smart questions that relate to my areas of improvement, so it'll relate to my progress as much as possible.
I'm thinking about playing 25,000 to be looked over, however I want to talk about things that are major areas of improvement that'll progress me the most.

What kind of coaching?
6 max cash game. Mostly looking for database review, 1 or 2 sessions to see how it goes. However I don't think I'm prepared for coaching, I don't play nearly enough hands. Experimenting with playing full time but not really experienced.
25k hands is a small sample for a database review. Most statistics that have converged over that sample are going to primarily be preflop stats and possibly some basic flop stats in aggregate.
A basic understanding of poker jargon and some of the names of the statistics as well as a cursory understanding of poker database software is really all you'd need... in addition to that whatever questions you might have written down could help also.
Now that i've done some more work i think, march is too early. Im keeping in mind coaching for later though when I feel up for it. I was getting by playing gto and ranges with a smaller winrate, and realized im working on exploitative and reads, so alot of my stats are niether converged nor standard.
I like the idea of coming up with personal questions though that arent direct statistics.
I'll keep coaching in mind.
