I know its an inevitable cooler but assuming you don't know Teddy KGB's cards, how should Mike really have played the hand?

I know its an inevitable cooler but assuming you don't know Teddy KGB's cards, how should Mike really have played the hand?
At flop, Mike shoulda immediately thought there's a better full house out there or even a tie. Not just see the busted flush draw. First thing everyone thinks is to identify the best possible hand. Never crossed Mike's head.
We always assume our opponent is always holding pocket aces, dont we?
What should Mike had done? Folded early to the obvious pocket aces.
