Buying directly from the publisher
So two separate yet related questions.
I want to buy a copy of small stakes holdem winning big with expert play, but I'd like to buy it directly from 2+2 to support the site more directly. The www.twoplustwo.com site seems to be down. If I buy a new copy does it matter from where I get it in terms of supporting the authors?
The other question is, have there been any newly released books aimed at limit holdem games where 4 to 7 people are seeing every flop that would be a meaningful supplement to SSHE?

2. Limit Hold 'em Poker for Advanced Players which is a rewrite and expansion of Hold 'em Poker for Advanced Players was released about a year-and-a-half ago. It has a loose game section which is very similar to the previous version.
