Live cash in Amsterdam?
Looking for a place to play for 2-3 weeks in Europe starting mid January.
This guy I met at a random game highly recommended Holland Casino in Amsterdam. I've never been.
Some googling said the rake at the low stakes is 10%, is the real? I've never seen such high rake.
Would love to hear your thought of Amsterdam in general for live cash (1/3 and 2/5).
Also, any other recommendations for a couple weeks grind?

You can book a seat via the web site from 12:00 noon the same day. Tables open 20:00.
When I was playing there a while ago, there was typically 1-2 €2/2 tables and one 2/5 table running every day, and more in the weekends. Rake was 10% on 2/2 and 5% on 2/5 - not sure what the cap is.
The first 2/2 table would typically be full if you just show up at 20:00 and if there is a tournament running (normally is), you would have to wait for a long time since they don't open a second table before they get a table and dealer available.
I'm going there in July during the Amsterdam Poker Series July 19-24. Should be a decent amount of cash games as well then, I would think.
