What is "Ayuuuhhh"
I see people say it and then call. Does it mean "One time" or something else, or what?

It basically means "fuuuuuck, my hand appears not to be as good as I thought it was, I guess I need to improve." Usually happens after someone raises you unexpectedly.
It's an asian expression of disappointment.
