Banned from tribal casino winstar for recording with cell phone and cops called I kid you not..

I’ve gotta get the hell out of Texas and Oklahoma. Dealing with these people is like arguing with a brick wall—if the wall also had a badge and an attitude problem.

So, here’s the deal: I got banned for 90 days and the tribal police called on me. Why? Because I dared to record what was happening.

Let me spell it out—Oklahoma Statutes Title 13, Section 176.3. As someone in the conversation, I had every legal right to document it. One-party consent law, plain and simple. Their little “policy” doesn’t magically override my legal rights. Especially if they are suspected cheating or I need documentation...

And before I even hit record? The mall cops with their shiny little guns and the manager who thinks she’s some kind of tribal unchecked overlord were hurling insults and foaming at the mouth on how they’d love to take me out cold dead.... But no record the collusion, chip dumping, marked cards, sleight of hand, and other illegal moves they’d never admit to I clearly saw... Yeah, sure. Because that doesn’t sound sketchy at all.

The way she was talking to me with her armed tribal mall cops was batshit crazy while she was dead wrong about the law. Ignorant as hell....
