Finished off the evening with Marina Pizzaria, the casino and a movie.

The pizza was much better than expected. It is nice to sit at the tables overlooking the 100M yachts.

With the comped hotel offer, you are required to play 4 hours for the length of the stay.

Had lunch at the pool. Went with tacos and a few waters.

Thanks for this. Interesting. The title threw me off -- if you can edit, let people know it's a TR. Might actually be in the wrong forum. Post some poker -- or gambling -- too.

Thanks for the feedback. It will not let me edit the title.

Unfortunately, they do not offer poker in the casino. They do have a variety of games including black jack, spanish 21, ultimate texas holdem, craps, 3 card poker, slots, video poker and high card flush.

I will post more photos and feedback on the trip once we return home this weekend.

They don't waive the resort fees since you are a Diamond?

Unfortunately, they do not waive the resort fees.

I would strongly recommend using the offer. The staff told us it was an hour or more wait in the summer to use the slides. When we were there, you walked up and went down with no line for the entire 7 days 6 nights we were there.

It was so much fun that I am headed back in December for the WSOP Bahamas and will sell action if anyone wants a sweat to the $2750 5M GTD event.

Enjoyable items on the trip
- views of the resort
- resort grounds were very clean
- lots of fish, turtles and stingrays to see each day
- no lines for lazy river or water slides
- food prices were in line with a major metro US city
- staff was very friendly hand helpful
- nobody soliciting any timeshares or trying to push anything on the beach or resort
- safe and quiet in the evenings noise wise

The only downsides of the trip were:
- no poker room (I knew this beforehand.) There is poker during WSOP with cash games starting at 5/5 per WSOP
- in the evening after 9pm, the only things open were the casino, night clubs and mini golf at $44+ tax for 18 holes per person.

- food quality was between low quality to middle quality and slow service. With that being said we ate at the following restaurants:
Anthonys - a few blocks off the island 5/10 comparable to Applebees
Chopsticks - Asian food 3/10 comparable to day old panda express
Marina Pizza - pizza 6/10 comparable to costco pizza
Carmines - Italian 5/10 comparable to hash house a go go. XXL portions
Shake Shack - American 6/10
Murray's Deli - American 4/10
Ben & Jerry's - Ice cream 9/10
Dunkin Doughnuts - a few blocks off the resort 7/10
Starbucks - 9/10

For the next trip, we will be trying some of the higher end places.
