self exclusion

self exclusion

ok not sure where to start. in march of 2003 i was at harrahs casino in joliet illinois. i was drunk and had lost probably like 7k on the blackjack table. 7k at the time was a lot of money for me. i decided to have myself self excluded from all harrahs properties for life.:( this was also before i played poker.well i now play poker as my sole sourse of income and have been for about 3 years. i play at the horseshoe in indiana and have been for around 3 years. so oneday i lost my players card and go to egt another one made,i give the women my drivers license . 5 minutes later i have security there saying i had to leave the premises and cannot return. harrahs apparently owns the horseshoe so therefore im not allowed on the property. this is a huge disaster for me devastating really. horseshoe is the only casino in the chicagoland area that spreads 5/10 or higher on a regular basis. was wondering if any of you guys have some suggestion as to go about getting myself back in. i have w2 forms proving poker is how i earn a living. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks again

I am also interested in the outcome but see Oscar is banned. My friends wife made him self exclude about a decade a go and I'm trying to get him to play the WSOP with me this year. He was wasted (alcoholic who hasn't drank in years) and wife him just got married so she got pissed and marched him back inside to ban himself for life lol. Pretty harsh decision, but I think they just had a child.

Anyone else have any luck with self excluding and then getting reinstated? All threads seem pretty bleak.
