What poker training site is the best for micro stakes cash games and tournaments in the future?

Good afternoon,

I'm based in the UK and would love some help and advice, either through 1-1 coaching or online courses / sites.?

I play 5/10 cent Rush & Cash games right now but am interested in a possible switch to tournaments down the road. I'd would class myself a beginner / early intermediate player. I was diagnosed with a very rare neurological muscle wasting disease and have a lot of spare time due to my health issues. I really enjoy playing poker and it gives me a great interest and keeps my mind active. Fortunately I'm in a financial position that I don't need to work and would be happy investing money & time to improve my game. I would really appreciate any help,advice & suggestions from fellow members.
