Voting app

i think i mentioned this here over a year ago and it's still a work in progress as you can see. i hope this is a simple question because chatbot has reached its limit of helpfulness.
since i'm not a programmer i'm using google sheets and forms to tally votes and rank the results like a top 10 list. ranked choice voting, basically based on the coombs method made popular by the tv show survivor.

when i import the data from google forms into sheets, i want the magic ranking formula that i spent all night on to just automatically work with whatever is in the table. however i just get a blank cell where my output should be. it just overlooks the new data & skips to the next row. then i have to manually drag the formula over the blank cell. how do i avoid that?

edit: chatbot provided a script to fix this. never mind for now.
