Winamax Identity statement

Hey guys,

facing a problem with Winamax.

I did verified my address in France, and Skrill account. Skrill asked to change my email for security reasons, and now to verify my Skrill account Winamax asking "Identity statement" document from Skrill. I talked with Skrill few times, they don't provide such document. I feel like in closed circle 😃

Maybe someone know anything about that?
