After a 2 days of depositing my Pokerking account is suspended

(I do not know if I am in the right category sorry for that)I did not receive any information mail or smt. else. I had a tournament today and when I try to get in my account it said your account is suspended contact the management staff. I have already mailed but there are no reply at all. The amount of money I deposited is not a big amount but suspending an account without giving any kind of information is not a normal and true way to do it I think. My in game nick is nkan.

For anyone who will say do you use cloudflare warp, yes I am and I have informed the pokerking supports about that.
