Pokerking has started to freeze money without refunding it, just happened today. Disappointing
My view on Pokerking's security team is: extremely poor.
Let me explain why I feel so disappointed while playing on this platform.
At the earliest stage when PKW was just launched, I registered an account.
The first account number started with a 6-digit number '1'. I believe that the platform generally started from 100,000 when it was launched. It wouldn't start from 0. Now, the new account numbers are 7-digit numbers starting with '5'. It is clear to see that I'm an early player and I have witnessed Pokerking transform from a professional Texas platform to a slaughterhouse-like platform, I believe I have the right to speak.
In the early days, there were no mini-games in Pokerking, perhaps it was later introduced to make more money. These mini-games have ended up ruining the poker career of some of my online friends.
Last year was the first time my account was banned, and the reason was quite ridiculous. One day, I found an additional 800 yuan on my account (after searching for a while, I found it was a reward for a successful mobbing report I made three months ago), and then I withdrew the money. On the same day, my account was frozen. After contacting the PKW's security team, they were all talking nonsense, eventually saying that my money was refunded due to unsuccessful identity authentication. But I had an emotional attachment to this early registered account, so I wanted to keep it, hoping that PKW could provide a clear explanation. But of course, there was none. It was simply ignored. Did the failed identity authentication (following the official guidelines provided by PKW) become the player's responsibility?
I later registered a new account and continued playing. While playing short card games, I found many bots. So, I reported them to the PKW security team, and sent them the records of every hand the bots played from dozens of tables. There's no remark even saying the report was received, not to mention the result of the investigation.
Until recently, I reported a few dozen more bot accounts, which were rampant in the lower levels.
1. They were present at almost every table.
2. They entered the pool actively 28 times and raised in the pool nearly 14 times consistently.
3. Each time they played, they brought 3 buy-ins.
4. All were newly registered accounts, judging from the number of hands played.
5. Even if everyone at the table left, they would still sit there waiting for new players, and wouldn't change tables.
6. The names were all related to the description of gaming scenarios (with 5 Chinese characters), and the avatars were all of the same type of cartoon images.
7. No two accounts would play at the same table.
8. They were basically always the MVP of every table.
There was no response, not even an email. As always, they were so aloof.
The bots kept rampaging on the table, and after a few days, I couldn't stand it, so I made a suggestion in the APP, and finally received a reply from the security team: "We have received your report and are dealing with it."
The next day, a bunch of bots quieted down.
However, some slipped through the net without being reported. I collected them for a few days and sent them again, but as usual, I received no response.
The next day, I contacted the advice in the APP, and the operation department urged it, and waited for an email from the security team saying they had received it, and then a batch of bots quieted down.
(The PKW security team is still as aloof as ever, and doesn't even want to give a dismissive reply to the player who reported it.)
I have reason to believe that these brazen bots are released by people inside the security team.
Then a coincidence came, and my account was banned.
My report may have increased your workload, but you shouldn't play scheming behind my back, right?
If you say that I was colluding or using AI, I would admit to being banned, and give you the money. You just say identity verification failed, and took the money. It's just a 0.2/0.5 minimum level, do you need to do this? I asked a few friends, and 7-9 of their accounts were banned, but they could still withdraw money. This is purely to disgust me, I want to say, you've successfully disgusted me."

I signed up on pokerking 2 weeks ago. My account was suspended the day right after I signed up. All I did was deposit and play like 1 hour on regular tables.
These days I've been emailing support, but they are always answering with copy-pastes like this:
"We are writing to let you know that your account has been suspended due to a security investigation. Our security department is working diligently to complete their investigation, but please note that the process can take a while."
What can I do to get in touch with someone that really have access to that "investigation"? How long should I wait to recover my account?
And they can't give time frames or any piece of info. Is there a way to get my money back, if not my account?
