Coinpoker refusing to credit crypto deposit for over 74 hours

I deposited $500 via ERC USDT to coinpoker over 3 days ago. The transaction was confirmed within a few seconds and now has tens of thousands of blockchain confirmations and I can see the funds in the receiver wallet still.

My account was not credited with 500$ so I contacted support. Support initially asked me for the transaction info which I provided and they replied telling me that I had either sent to the wrong address or not provided the correct txid (both false).

I replied again with the same txid and the next day they admitted that their "payment processor" had confirmed possession of the funds and my account would be credited within 24 hours.

Those 24 hours have obviously long past.

I took to twitter and tagged Jnandez87, who has been vehemently promoting and extolling this site for weeks now, along with other known poker celebrities like Tony G. Initially he apppeared to be helpful and promised that I would receive my money. In good faith I took down the initial post and ever since he ghosted my futher attempts to contact him.

Support now has changed their story, now claiming that there is ongoing "security checks" with my deposit and that they have no intentions of giving me my money.

In my 10+ years of online poker using crypto I have never encountered anything like this but I would not recommend depositing anything to coinpoker at this time.

Any update on this? Not a good look.

The original poster did not PM me and they have not added any new details to this post.

New accounts (i.e. 1 post) cannot use the PM function just as an FYI.
