GGpoker makes massive permabans to legitimate accounts.
When other rooms have bots, they give money back to their users, GGpoker instead makes massive permabans to legitimate accounts.
There are many cases of permabans without warning these days on ggpoker; they happen after it was discovered that the site has or had security holes involving things like how information is transmitted on the network. Probably even cases of superusers being able to see the cards in real time.
The problem is that these bans come after a user (known to us) was able to exploit vulnerabilities in the software and led to this statement from the site:

GGPOKER has reacted by banning all accounts that are considered suspicious under criteria that only they know since they do not inform the user what the offense was.

There is no connection between those accounts and they are from users residing in different parts of the world, Poland, Mexico, Argentina etc.
Since a user who knows he has cheated will not have the courage to expose his case to the public, we can give credit that these users and most of the users who have been banned these days (January 2024) have not committed any fault that violates your terms and conditions or at least they did not know it.
The actions taken by the site are undoubtedly exaggerated and they are trying to make it look like they are taking action even if it affects innocent users (even losing accounts) . Or they have not wanted to investigate and simply do what is easiest for their "security team" which we have already seen is incompetent and not up to the standards of a world leading room.
It is appreciated that the security team reviews each case in depth (I know they say they have done so), and reconsiders the measures taken.
By the way, they have not returned the money that was in the banned accounts.
