William Hill delayed verification

Hi! Was requested to provide a set of selfies with documents. On 28.12 emailed my paperwork and since then nobody replies with update. Live chat support says my account is still under review and they don't have timeframe for this process.

Has anybody similar experience? Just wonder what I can do to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
