PokerStars or GGPoker: Which is best for cash games?
Hello everybody,
Been playing at pokerstars for a long time in the microstakes cash games but recently I started thinking if there is maybe more value to be found in GGPoker.
Obviously I would have opened an account if I could but GGPoker is not supported in Greece where I'm living so it's going to be a bit of a bother to join GG which is way I'd love if you could let me know if there is more value there compared to Pokerstars.
Have a nice day and good luck at the tables everybody.

I was also wondering this for a while whilst playing on Stars and played 30k hands on GG over the past few weeks, but switched back to Stars yesterday. Both playing 25z and 25 R&C.
GG Pros:
Pools are bigger
A lot of weak players
Promotions such as BBJ, leaderboard etc
GG cons:
rake is absurdly high
Need to put in a lot of volume to get anything decent from the LB
Rakeback is very ambiguous - not clear at all
25z on Stars is actually not that much harder than GG, and the rake is like half of what you pay on GG + there is a decent clear rakeback structure
Thanks for the information my friend helps a ton.
Honestly I was just afraid I was missing a huge opportunity to make some extra money cause all my friends talk about GG but they are probably as uninformed as I am.
Hi,Will I be banned if I play pokerstars in China?
What is the rake at Stars?
On GG it is 15% which is horrible.
And how is NL100 on stars compared to GG? Much harder?
Can’t find any information on rake back tho?
If you google search 'pokerstars.com rakeback' the first result is what you are looking for - https://www.pokerstarsmi.com/stars-rewar...
Edit: I just realized that I get auto-directed to the Stars Michigan site for those links above due to my location. You are going to want to google search yourself for 'pokerstars.com rake' and 'pokerstars.com rakeback' as the Stars.com ROW Rake and Rakeback may be different than what we have here in the NJ/MI USA ring-fenced pool.

Thanks for the answer.
Do you play on stars? Is the player pool tough on NL100?
