iMyPhone spoofs GPS location... would this work for ROW rooms? regulated sportsbooks?
so I have ZERO intention of trying this (I've been around online poker for a long time, and know rooms like PokerStars/US regulated sportsbooks, and other ROW sites have solid geo-locations software)... but has anyone heard of this? A guy at work asked me about it, and says he's been using it to get on Caesars sportsbook in North Carolina (I live in Georgia) and has been making bets and has been able to cashout to his bank... just wondered how well something like this WOULD work as it seems like it doesn't function as a VPN spoofing an IP address, but rather your GPS location.

depends on many factors - the VPN ur using , the client / software your trying to go on - they have different back ends and work a bit differently
basically this will work for some things np ( like ur buddy n the sports book )
and for other things - some what but with problems
and for others not at all
only one way to find out i guess
You just sabotaged yourself by posting this publicly and whatever loophole is being exploited will likely close soon.
