Chico network problem?

Chico network (tiger gaming) had a server issue recently on a sunday evening that left players not being to log in anymore. The tournaments seem to not being stopped at all and after logging in on the next day I saw that I got my placement after blinding out. The email support sent a message that seemed helpful but after I told him that i was far in the tounrey I didnt get any response anymore

. Of course they said that the issue was resolved even tho the servers stayed down until the tournament ended. After that I immedeately withdrew my funds and deinstalled the software. I think they didnt want to compensate the EV of players who ran deep. Anyone else experienced fraudlent behaviour or an ignoring customer support?
