Pokerbros - Diamond Union Stuff or Agent declining to payout 4222 Chips + Rakeback (1k+)
Hello Everyone!
Sadly, I need to open a thread here regarding my previous experience at PokerBros, within the Diamond Union.
I was in a club called "Catch Me Out," which is run by a well-known US Agent Provider who owns a couple of clubs. Zasch told me he is a club within a club and is not earning a penny in any way.
I joined that club via a Discord server called Lucky Stars Entertainment. They also have a private club. I was told that the private club is for US citizens only, so I did not play there and respected that since I am an EU citizen.
Deposits and withdrawals are usually processed by them via US e-wallets, but they also offer all kinds of crypto. I mostly chose ETH. They loaded my account, and I had no issues; everything was completed within a few minutes. They even offered 24/7 support via the Discord channel at that time.
Time went on:
I got a deal from my former agent, NickyMB (also known as Nicky Moneyball). He was my agent after I got referred through his link. We agreed on a 50% split at first. He was not the usual agent, as he still wanted all loadings to go through the Discord, which was fine as long as it worked. I ran up the chips, played a ton of action here and there, and generated around $2,000-$2,500 in rakeback with a 50% deal. The club usually has a chip value (CV) of 1.00, but they told me that winners with crypto get $0.90 for each chip after I played. It was awkward, but I accepted and just wanted to move on.
A ton of things happened in the meanwhile, so I decided to take a break from PokerBros. It was basically my last week there, and I wanted to move to other app games like Club GG. So, I requested a withdrawal. The first request I made was through the Discord channel. Usually, they would say I needed to wait seven days to make a second withdrawal (I made one on 12/07 for $110), but they usually allowed a second if I asked kindly. So, I contacted the "Crypto" withdrawal guy, and he agreed on a withdrawal. Everything was handled within that ticket; the chips were taken out, and he said he would need around 24 hours to organize the crypto. I mentioned I was not in a rush as I did not expect it to take over two weeks now!
Two hours later, the COO of Lucky Stars Entertainment came into the picture, redeemed the chips, and closed the ticket. There was no update on what was going on. He was initially a little mad that I was winning in Diamond, but as we kept talking, he seemed cool and chill but wanted the seven days of waiting, which was fine for me. I waited until the following Tuesday, contacted the Crypto person again via DM, and he said it was not part of his downline and that I should contact my agent (NickyMB). So, I did, but he did not seem to care at all. I texted the COO, known as Accelerated/Kyle, who took down the ticket and mentioned that I should wait.
Kyle told me that he would make the payout, as he is honest and wants everyone to get their funds, even if it takes a little longer.
I got removed from the Discord server, meaning I only had contact via Telegram. All communication had previously been done via Discord. I could not speak out or have normal access with them; everything became weird, and I started to realize what was happening.
He mentioned that they are a smaller club and need time to organize the funds, which I had no issue with. He also mentioned an additional withdrawal fee of 10% for crypto, which I agreed to because I simply wanted to end this. Additionally, I was offered 25% rakeback (while initially, we agreed on 50%). I agreed because I just wanted this topic to end!
Two days passed, and I got updates from Kyle, who said he would pay an external crypto redeemer via Venmo, and then I would get the funds. I shared all the needed information and waited to receive it (the funds had already been taken for five days, and at least one settlement round had taken place).
Another two days later, I received a message from him saying, "We have been informed by the union not to pay out until they complete the investigation." This is when everything shifted. It was daily updates about the investigation, day in and day out, with no information. This started on July 19 (now nine days). On July 22, I got an update that they could pay me out when I resolved an issue, which I did within two hours. He agreed again and confirmed the final amount: $4,228 + rakeback (25%) - crypto fee. I agreed to all that and told him he could have a small portion since he mentioned multiple times that he doesn't get anything from the downline. I agreed to a payout of $3,800.
Another 24 hours later, the whole scenario came up again. Now, I am accused of chip dumping and informed that they will not pay me out until the investigation is over. This has continued from July 23 to July 28. After requesting daily updates, I was informed that around 30 devices with tons of accounts appeared to be involved in chip dumping, and the union is taking all the chips back. Throughout this whole scenario, I have not received any official communication from PokerBros, despite trying to contact them directly via email.
With all that, I was informed that the case is closed. Overall, it seems I have been scammed out of at least $3,800.
To round this things up, i was in a other club as well within the diamond Union, where i had a few k$ (3420$), and i get reedemed the other night within 5 days. (as there terms of conditions) without even a issue, some guys seem to do a good buisness still while others i dont even want to rate!!!
Be careful, guys, even when they have a successful business!

Its the usual BS. They start adding fees and reducing your payout and then light switches on, why pay you at all...
i am a bit confused on the details, and i am interested on those as I am also playing in diamond union through CMO
You gained access to CMO through lucky stars enteirtainment? i have seen this discord been promoted by many instagram meme pages , ie funnydegenerate
are CMO and L.S.E one team? or LSE just work as an agency that co-operates with CMO?
Since you mention the CMO owner it seems like you know him - personally texted? But at the same time you give off a positive vibe when talking about him , when the whole story is obviously a very negative one
I am really curious to learn for more... if its easy for you give us some more info-details
Jup, they are the same. Basically there is lucky stars as a private club, and cmo (diamond union) is from on of the leaders of lucky stars, the union club he ownes as well. They bring all kind of players there... basically so they can offer everyone always action (even if there own club doesnt have it).
