Won 16k on Global poker, now they REFUSE to verify my account.
I decided to try out global poker as it was recommended by a friend. I was doing well then won 16k in a MTT. When I tried to verify it was taking unusually long. After a few weeks they told me my passport photo wasn't clear enough... It was very clear. They then requested new documents with proof of address which I immediately provided. They still haven't verified to this day (2months later) and refuse to tell my why or what's going on. They just tell me they are "looking into it" every single time. At this point It feels like they just want to keep the 16k hoping I give up. The support has replied with non responses such as be patient. Ive been more than patient, and my 16k is stuck. Please can someone help, i dont know what else to do. Thanks for reading.

I would message on social media platforms. If that doesn’t work I would just copy the above message as a tweet etc.
They won’t want this shared in the public eye. Good luck with it all.

1.1. The following definitions apply to these Sweeps Rules:

b) Permitted Territories means the United States (other than the states of Idaho, Michigan, Montana and
