AoF
(Admittedly, the AoF always has negative EV and should not be touched. I played AoF for the last points of Fish Buffet. I won't do that again!)

What I want to know is that, do these extremely over-realized EV strongly affect my PVI (Player Value Index) and should I transfer to a new account?

(Maybe) One low PVI observation is that, I have participated for more than 20 GGcare&GGcheers lottery activities during my lucky time, but rewarded nothing.

this is super small sample size, which shouldn't affect your PVI unless you are playing extremely rare. Also, PVI should affect players that win consistently, not some lucky sesson of AoF (but of this, I am not sure).

Also, looks like you are playing very small stakes. This is why out of 20 GGCare 100k flipouts you didn't receive anything. You see, the smaller the stakes, the lower your initial stack.
However, the 100k flipout has very low value, you don't want to lose to suckout/cooler three 500bb pots on NL200 (you are down like 800$) to get "comforted" (as GG calls it) by $C30.

It just adds a little bit to the rakeback, but it is almost negligible.
