ipoker Main Event Day 1 qualified but not transferred to D2

ipoker's main & mini (55€ & 20€😉 from THE FESTIVAL ONLINE series took place on the 19th of Aug & NO ONE who had chips left at the end of the last Day 1 got registered in the Day 2. They didn't extend the starting time and the D1s (main D1 ID: 1098188130, mini D1 ID: 1098193609)
finished couple minutes after the D2 had already started. Has this happened before & what was the outcome for those who should have proceeded to play in the D2? Everyone was ITM in D2 and the min. cash would have been ~double the buy-in so that sucks, but they haven't even given the entries back yet which is the concerning part.
