So we don't have house bots but
WPN has started a new game called Poker Races . 20 Players get 5 AI poker bots . It plays quickly down to 8 and you're in the money . It has jackpots and spins . All the lights and whistles of a slot machine . Yet it's actual bots playing against each other. Once in the money you can take over for the bot .
It's currently in Beta mode but can be played for a quarter per game .
So tell me we have house bots without telling me .

My read is they're using the word "AI" for bells and whistles but in reality your bots will probably play like absolute random morons until you're ITM. I imagine the bots are governed by basic rules that would never be able to win in a game against other humans.
I could be wrong though, if hte gamemode is what I think it is then I don't have a huge problem with it but I also don't understand why anyone would want to play that
It's extremely confusing because even though you can control your bot at the final table once you are out the results are posted as if none of the play actually happened. I can see why people will play it because it's basically a slot machine and you don't have to do anything. The bot will play the entire thing.

Then for a quarter the top 8 play for as little as $1.00 prize pool up to $500.00 prize pool.
And this is how they make the money .
I tried a small sample of $20.00 . My return after 80 was -$8.23 . Out of those 80 plays . 12 of them got stuck or never started 🤔.
It's a lot of bells and whistles but in Beta mode is super glitchy. I'll be staying away from this as it's pure gambling . Was fun for about an hour then the fun turned into boredom . The bots basically will call it all off with top pair .
