GGPoker account hacked !!

On Sunday evening I had my GGpoker account hacked, on Monday morning when I noticed that the whole banrkoll disappeared I wrote to GGpoker an email!
GGpoker blamed me that it was my fault because I didn't have extra security on my account (I didn't know there was such a thing)
GGpoker having my funds in the casino section knowing that my account was hacked they do not want to refund me??
I bankrolled over 1 million hands in 8 months
GGpoker knows that the account was hacked, and the roulette bet was placed not by me!! it adds that the bet was placed correctly !! it doesn't matter that I didn't do it (they have logs, ip etc. they know it's not me, I'm the victim here
and it's GGpoker that keeps all my money! because the person who hacked the account didn't transfer money, he just gave it all to GGpoker, spinning one bet on the roulette. They won't give me my money back claiming that I had too weak protection of the account!
I've been playing poker for many years on all servers and I've never had a problem, and I log in normally (login and password), on GGpoker I didn't even know there were additional ways to protect the account. When creating an account, I don't remember that there was an additional choice

I regret reading the e-mail that ggpoker replies to me. There is no investigation, I don't know who and from what country hacked my account.
I only have information that I lost funds. GG poker approaches the player unreliably, taking away the money that someone used, having evidence of hacking into the account.
No solution is proposed. I'm actually rejected as a ggpoker user I haven't encountered this type of behavior.
I still demand compensation in the form of returning my money that I worked hard for.
