acr left german market/pays out only in btc

Dear community,

acr blocking location & the way they handled the bot scandal irritated me. Especially when I dove into Pitbull Pokers history, I realized at least, that Costa Rica means playing on an unregulated poker site. My concerns made me never cashin there = play less & less there with my winnings.

On Feb german players got banned from network, because acr couldn`t fullfill the law. Players can`t access software & have to contact support having access to their funds.

I allready asked the last 1,5 years how to cashout legally. But this month it got really urgent.
I asked several times 4 a legal way of withdrawing. For Bank wire transfer or cheque. ACR insists on btc. Imo they don`t really try 2 help me.

I wanted to inform other users. I get it, that not using btc (because of tax & moneylaundruing reasons) is my fault. But I feel not treated right, regarding no real other options (besides luxonpay with having to cashin there) were presented to me.

Just my 2 cents: Exp, views & help is heavily appreciated.
