Natural8/GG Poker Withdrawal Scam (hidden Turnover policy) Refusing Cashout

Hello guys

I was wondering if other players on the Natural8 GG poker skin has encountered the same scam as me? Two days ago I deposited $2000 on Natural8, punted around and ended up loosing about 1k usd during this time. Yesterday when I tried to withdraw my funds from my account the Natural8 team is refusing to cash me out due to their hidden 'Turn Over Policy'. When depositing the funds on to their site there was no mention of this at all on their deposits page. When I contacted support they said that they stated this in their Withdrawal Policy on their website (but no mention when you log into or deposit directly to their actual N8 app/program).
There is no specific word or mention of 'turnover' on their withdrawal policy page. All that is mentioned is 'Eligible Withdrawals take into account (i) sufficiency of gameplay i.e. rake generated', which is a very vague statement with no mention of specifics which i think is meant to purposefully deceive the customer with ill intent by not mentioning this when depositing onto their site directly. Despite loosing 1k usd they are now forcing me to keep playing on their site in order to produce enough rake to cashout, which is absurd and ridiculous, in essence they want to bleed as much money as they can off of you. Its sad to see that the biggest online poker room is being run by scammers.

Please also note that N8 has different partnerships/agents with different countries (especially in countries where gambling is illegal), where you can directly deposit and withdraw through local agents with local currency rather than directly depositing through the N8 website. I have made numerous deposits and withdrawals through them and never had a problem till today when i deposited directly to the N8 site...I've contacted the head agent about this issue and he seemed surprised about this hidden turnover policy as well.
