Global Poker withdrawal difficulty
OK for the longest time now I have been a player on global poker. I have always only used one account. I’m never created any other accounts. None of that. I have spent quite a bit of money on global poker since I’ve started there I have never had any issues at all up until here recently… I won $12,000 on global poker. I tried to redeem my winnings and they were immediately asking for me to add my bank account details again which I thought was odd and then the very next day after I had done what they asked I login and my account is completely blocked. They won’t give me any kind of reason as to why they won’t respond back they have stolen my $12,000 and I cannot get a hold of them email nothing..
Please, if anybody can help me, I will greatly appreciate it and if you can help me get my money I can promise you I will Cash app you PayPal whatever but I gotta have my money first so if you can help me, please let me know

This post is very vague. Open a ticket on their Zendesk

How is the post vague? What I said in my post is exactly what is going on GLOBAL POKER stole $12,000 from me it’s funny to me that it takes me to post something about it on social media to get your attention but if I were to actually email global poker on the link your referring to then I would never get a response you guys have clearly chosen the path you want to take on this and that is being exactly what you are and that’s THIEVES

I have been playing on global poker over 3 years now on the same account that you guys are telling me is inactive okay so if that were true then I wouldn’t even be able to log into my account at all let alone make purchases for the last 3 years that you guys never once said anything about my account being inactive and due to all my purchases on my account on your website you guys were so generous to give me FREE PLAY hell you guys sent me a pair of headphones quote on Quote because you said I wa
Think you are trolling but if not I will clarify for you, This is a public forum and in no way connected to Global Poker and they do not have reps to respond to questions here. Glasgow Rangers gave you a link to contact them. That is your best bet or if they have a contact on X or other social media then it is worth looking them up.

For the avoidance of doubt, I am not Global Poker. I am a Scottish football team.
Thank you.

Maybe they are just verifying some details about your account and your winnings?
Give them a week to look it all up, sometimes it takes time.
Theyre always incredibly quick but Im one of those net depositor guys
I am bias on this. I have my theories; but I'll repost my theory here.
-> Global Poker is on the way out, they're taking as much money as they can off the player base in any way they can.
-> I suspect this includes banning accounts with balances on the larger side that they believe will remove said liquidity from the website
-> possibly using deeplay (io) to bot their own ring games.
One of the biggest reasons they would be required to bot their own ring games is due to liquidity reasons mixed with MTTs not being a profitable endeavor. (MTTs not drawing large enough player base to cover gurantees consistently -> Big events often the exception and best paying MTTs by cost to prize ratio).
1 of 2 things is true, and only you would know which it is.
1.) You cheated or broke TOS, and your ban had nothing to do with my suspicions.
2.) Like I said a few months ago; GP is on the way out, and using every dirty trick in the book to cash out before a crash out.
I believe number 2 is occurring, if you're being honest your post adds weight to my theory, but again, I'm bias, and you could be a botter lying about botting.
They don't care about poker, the casino does 200x what the poker side brings in. No poker site that has casino games cares about poker. It is only there so you don't have to leave the site and go somewhere else to play. I've never sent in envelopes but can you imagine the amount of employees you would need to check that paperwork lol.......and even after you check it you need to manually enter the money into each account. Even before the recent issues they weren't crediting people for up to 6 months because I would assume the backlog is a nightmare. I think you are overestimating the loss they take on the poker side. The cash game rake alone makes up for the mtt overlays and the casino puts them well into profit.
Withdrawals on this site are approved nearly instantly for < $5000 and hit the bank in 2-3 days. Once you get past 10k they have legal requirements that take ages for the site to go through. Iirc i waited 6 weeks when I made a big withdrawal.
This is crazy!!! I usually always play poker but hit a slot the other day for $22,000 and was wondering if anyone else had any experience cashing that big. I have them all my bank info again and updated my address. They approved and processed the cash out but it has not hit my account yet.
Also, I can still play with the 2k I left on there. No problem logging in. GL keep us posted.
