Situation with withdrawing money from poker room 888Poker
Hello! My nickname in the poker room: psytorch.
On December 24, poker room 888 announced that it was leaving Belarus, sending a letter about this to the players by email. The letter also said that the players should withdraw their money.
However, many players' withdrawal requests have not been processed. There is a discussion about this in the chats, and I will tell you one thing, that we are very indignant about this.
I personally ordered a couple of days before the letter, about the notification to make a cashout, but the money never arrived. That is, the money has not arrived for more than 3 weeks, I withdrew to LUXON.
I urge the 888 employees to sort out this situation about withdrawing funds for players from Belarus.

So, this is story to tell all players to aware from 888 as SCAM poker room.
Most us regular players from Belarus raised the issue of cashout payments, since 888 paid randomly to 888 cards, sometimes they didn't pay, sometimes paid once and then (supposedly) couldn't make a cashout to that card. Then a request arose to add Luxon as a payment system to the room. Personally, I asked a month before in the online chat about supporting Luxon - but the guy from chat replied that is room decision policy not to add Luxon, like it was our business which payment systems to add and which not. Ok, I guess - your business. But later they added this wallet to make deposits, after a week programmers added posibility to make cashouts also.
Here, out of nowhere, all Belarusian players receive letters of on December 24, that the 26th of December room is closing its operations in Belarus and you have 2 days to do everything. We understand that this is their business decision, because most of regular players are located in Belarus.
Ok, let's return to 888 cashouts. I bet on cashout to the card on 24th December - 888 support answer by mail that we can't withdraw, register Luxon (there are screenshots from the correspondence by mail to prove my words). I answer by mail there that Luxon exists - here are the details, phone number and mail. And I receive - the money has returned to the account. I complain, like, return the money - this is mine, I need it to pay the bills as a part of poker salary. These guys from chat online support immediately define me as a gambler for this message and block the account.
So, I lost the ability to contact 888 through online customer support. The only thing left is to write to Reddit, where they answer after 2 days of request. They post apologies all the time and this is last 3 weeks already. By email they also didn't answer, by the way.
So, pokerpro guys stay away from 888, they don't play money, they have the worst online support, bugs with software that they didn't want to fix, they don't pay money to players. You can check 888 thread on Reddit, it full of complains.
Be informed and STAY AWAY from this room to have no problems in future.
