ACR POKER software bugs costs players thousands of dollars.

Does anyone have these bugs on the client?

Sometimes I don't get cards dealt.

The other day in 8k pot, the turn and river cards got delayed somehow, and costed me a lot of mistakes. Basically I thought I was calling a turn bet( in my client only see turn), but in game was already the river... I couldn't get any evidence of such things. I only have one other bug logged where I don't see my own cards but have to bet/call/raise. Which is more frequent

Does anyone experience these bugs? Hopefully we can get enough people to post here, so ACR can do something about fixing them or taking some responsibilit for client failures resulting in EV losses.
