ACR - Sketchy Account Certification ?

I funded and played a bunch on ACR.
When it came to withdrawing i have had no options to do so, i was notified that i need to certify my account, No problem.

I sent in an emailed bank statement from my bank which was rejected for mismatching address to my account. ( the addresses are identical but my bank statement does not say my country, only my address, city, province, postal code.)

I then tried a statement from a different bank, which was also rejected for the same reason.
Lastly i sent in a document from a cell phone carrier to which that was too rejected.

I then went into the bank to ask them if they can add the country to the statement to which they replied it was not possible.

Since then i have tried to change my address to remove the country but they rejected my ID document ( which i need to re add for this strangely), they told me scans were not allowed, i then sent a photograph of my ID and they told me the same thing.
Do they expect me to mail my original ID to them ?

Im out of options now and ACR just hold onto my money.

This is unreasonable and i am clueless what to do next as its close to impossible to get a reply from customer service that indicates they have even bothered to read what my emails state.

Anyone had the same issue ?
Any Advice on how to resolve ?

You likely can p2p to someone instead of direct withdrawal

Not sure how this is an issue tbh, try calling them. Sometimes things like this might be getting rejected due to AI and it not meeting the exact requirements for country, miscommunication etc. Calling them can help get past this


Sorry if this is too obvious, but have you tried live chat or phone support, if they have it? In my experience you can communicate better and solve things quicker that way. I had this problem in other poker rooms, not ACR. But yeah if they have p2p transter then you can probably get a player to cashout for you.

Ye unfortunately they do not offer a phone service and P2P option requires me to certify the account
